Staff
All our staff are fully qualified, DBS (CRB) checked and hold a paediatric first aid (PFA) certificate. Full and ongoing training is given, and all team members have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
Each child is assigned a key person. Their role is to help ensure that every child’s care is tailored to meet their individual needs, to help the child become familiar with the setting, offer a supportive relationship for the child and build a relationship with their parents.
Staff: Child ratios
We strictly meet the requirement of ratios between the children and the staff.
We keep our staff ratios for Under 2 year olds 1:3, for children aged 2 years old 1:4, and for children aged 3 and above 1:8.
